My Story

My journey into hypnotherapy is shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people, healing, and the connection between the mind and body.

Graduating with a BA in History of Art from Goldsmiths College, University of London, my interests shifted from art and culture to a fascination with the human mind, and a passion for understanding the relationship between thought, emotion and wellbeing.

Working as a dental nurse gave me invaluable insight into the emotional experiences people carry. Sitting in the dental chair can make even the most confident person feel vulnerable, and bring underlying stress and anxiety to the surface.

Supporting patients taught me the importance of empathy, trust, and creating a calm, safe environment where people feel genuinely cared for.

Like many people, I have experienced life's challenges, periods of uncertainty, and the feeling of being stuck when support was needed most.

My own experience of hypnotherapy showed me how transformative it can be, helping create positive change and reconnecting to inner strengths. That inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist.

Today, my approach combines clinical hypnotherapy with psychotherapy, allowing clients to explore both conscious and unconscious aspects of their challenges.

Alongside this, I integrate Reiki, Sufi meditation and breathwork to provide bespoke support for emotional, mental and physical wellbeing.

Healing begins when we feel safe enough to explore the deeper causes of our struggles, while developing practical tools for change.

Every client is unique, and I tailor each session to individual needs, creating a compassionate, non-judgemental space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered.

It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they overcome anxiety, stress, trauma, chronic pain, limiting beliefs, or life transitions, rediscover their inner resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my practice.

Following your initial consultation

Sessions will take place in person at my therapy room in Southwest London or online (via Zoom) from the comfort of your own home.

One of the most common questions I am asked is, "How many sessions will I need?"

The answer depends on the nature of your concerns, your personal goals, and the depth of change you wish to achieve.

While many clients benefit from a course of around seven sessions, others may require a shorter or longer period of support.

We work collaboratively at a pace that feels right for you, with the focus always on helping you achieve meaningful and lasting results.

I offer sessions online,
and face to face in Fulham, West London.
