When nothing feels like enough

Hypnotherapy offers a gentle & compassionate path back to yourself.

Depression can feel like

Depression can be hard to name.

Sometimes it's flatness rather than sadness, a sense of being cut off from the things and people you love.

It can feel like going through the motions, and finding it exhausting. It can feel like no motion at all.

You might recognise:

  • Feeling numb, empty or persistently low

  • Loss of interest in things that used to matter

  • Difficulty making decisions or concentrating

  • Heaviness that doesn't seem to lift.

How Hypnotherapy Helps

You’re not your depression

Depression can be a lonely place.

I take a compassionate and integrative approach that understands how depression affects mind and body.

Sessions embrace not only thoughts and emotions but focus on restoring calm, balance and connection with the body.

Using clinical hypnotherapy alongside psychotherapeutic techniques, breathwork, relaxation, where appropriate, I help clients reduce emotional overwhelm, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strengths.

Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious patterns that maintain low mood, and begins to shift them in a way that feels manageable and safe.

It works alongside — and can complement — other support you may have in place.

Safety

If you are currently experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to your GP or contact the Samaritans on 116 123.

Hypnotherapy works best alongside professional medical support, and I will always encourage you to have that in place.
